GCSE Exam Results: Know what to expect
Since it's the first time you've collected exam results, you're probably a bit unsure as to what to expect. Knowing the basics can really help calm those nerves and allow you to focus on the important stuff come the big day:
  • GCSE results are out today: Thursday 25th August.
  • You can collect them from 10am (to midday) in the Sixth Form Common Room.
  • When you arrive in the common room, you'll be directed to a table based alphabetically by your surname.
  • You will be asked to sign your name and then will be handed your results in an unopened envelope. It's up to you what you do with them next!
  • Many teachers will be available to answer any questions you might have regarding your next steps - don't be afraid to ask!
